Pop art photoshop design

My company has a wall of canvases hanging up in the office. Each canvas is a different employee. I used photoshop to make an Andy Wharhol effect on each of the photos and am requesting for someone to take over designing these photos. Each employee also chooses a quote to have on the photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated as my time must be spent on other tasks. I am happy to discuss any other specifics and payment.
