Adjustment of a bear stl-file

Important Note: My Budget is 50$ straight

I am looking for an geometry adjustment of a bear with blender (stl-file) as shown in image no. 0, which will be manufactured by rotational molding. Are you able to do it? If yes, please send me an offer including delivery time. Thank You in advance.

Following points should be recognised during adjustments:

1. The bear should sit to get a flat bottom for a stable position

2. Remove the cheeks

3. Reduce the mouth opening

4. Reduce the edge contour on the eyes and eyebrows. Only light border contours should be preserved for printing.

5. Remove the indentations on the ears and flatten the ear shape according to the attached image no. 1

6. The bear should cross both arms in front of the body as shown in the attached images no. 2, 3 and 4 to hold something. The arms should be close to the body and not create undercuts (similar to image no. 3). The angle of the object to be held corresponds to the image no. 4 (flag picture), means hold it more vertically.
