Create new section on PHP Script

I am already buy PHP Script from phparena.com and I need a new section marketplace.

1.Standard user can sell userd phones and add max 5 phone per account.

2. Pro users can posts 1000 phones but only new phones.

3. New phone price of “pro users” need to show on standard phone post and in comparison page.
