Bidder Needed to bid on online platforms (like Upwork, freelancer)

Hi,
I am looking for online bidders who can bid on online platforms (like Upwork, freelancer) to get leads to work on Graphic design, UI/UX design, Mobile app design, Dashboard Design, HTML, WordPress.
You should have already existing accounts (mostly preferable)
You need to reach targets every month.

Fixed pay: Rupees 5,000
Target: Rupees 1,20,000
If Target Above Rupees 1,20,000 will give you 5% commission
If you cannot reach the target then it cannot be paid.
You should be experienced in bidding.
