Rank My Website to Google

I have Several Sites. My site has ranked on google. But most of them are in 21-100. So here is what I want.

1. I’ll Give you the website link.
2. You Will analyze and give me a list of keywords that has:
300+ Monthly Search,
Current position Over 20 in Google USA
3. You need to bring that keyword within Google 10 (not like Image search or Video, within “all” search based on USA.
4. Please bid per keyword.

You will be paid upon your lists. Not like a random keyword ranked and eligible for payment. You can give me 10-100 keywords lists. Even You can ask me to write new articles on my website on specific relevant keywords. I have writers to do so. Payment could be Milestone-based. Whenever you can rank any given keyword, you can create the milestone for the payment.
