We are seeking a Sales/Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Aztech. As a Business Development Representative, you will seek new business opportunities for Aztech in North America and Europe by reaching out to leads and developing relationships with potential clients. You’ll work directly with the Founders of the company and play an integral role in continuing to scale our business.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of our service offerings and sales process. We will provide you with the additional information and training to get up to speed with this.

Responsibilities:
• B2B Outbound sales, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
• Calling 25-100 businesses / day
• Setting Calendar appointments
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach and referrals to develop new business opportunities.
• Develop, execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Answering client questions about our products
• Book, and complete follow-up appointments with prospective clients
• Build sustainable relationships with prospective clients
• Meet daily and weekly goals

Targets:
– Target of 6 scheduled prospect appointments each week.
– Target of closing 3-4 net new clients each month.

*Additional commission of $200-$500 per new client closed.
