Job Role
Responsible for effective generation of new leads, conversion of leads, reference customers.
Follow up on leads, maintain pipeline and will make effort to generate new leads through liaising with event management companies, hospitality sector, resellers, botiques, gifting companies etc.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of in-house team.
Following up with the clients for payments, delivery schedule, and updating the client of progress when necessary.
Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, translated, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates positive client perception.
Creating daily report of walk-ins, lead status, meetings and sales conversion.
Prepare presentation, quotation, and pro-forma invoice as per given format.
Liaising with execution team and give regular updates on status internally and to the customer.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Should be experienced in Sales, ideally B2B
Should have good understanding of the products, costing.
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
Knowledge & Experience in Residential Projects – Villas and upscale apartment communities etc.
Attention to detail and proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results.
Effective communicator who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues good written communication skills.
Have own means of transport.
At least Bachelor’s degree preferred, but for experienced candidates this is not mandatory.
Experience
2-5 years of Sales experience.
