Help Needed With Email Preparation, Social Media Marketing And Book Design

In the last few days I’ve launched a new business, Heron Dance Art Studio, and need daily help, roughly about 3 hours, on a wide variety of projects and tasks. I’ve done all of the design work, including the new website, the email design, etc. but need help implementing it daily. I ran this business for 20 years, and relaunched it March 3.

I designed the website and the daily email format. It is important to emphasize that while I’m open to design ideas, this is not a design position in the sense of designing new layouts. It is taking care of routine tasks every day, 7 days a week, roughly 3 hours a day.

The kinds of tasks.

a. Based on my design, preparing a daily e-journal and posting it to my website
b. Post to Facebook – 2 pages
c. Decide on, manage Facebook advertising, boosting.
d. Post to Instagram, Twitter, LinkenIn
g. Create a poster – I provide the art, the layout and the written content
h. Create an email to send on Mailchimp
i. Put art on my website
j. Put art on Saatchi
k. Create links to the art, books on Amazon
m. Each day add the two pages mentioned above, e-journal, to an ongoing quarterly PDF

Please don’t send me a canned response that you send to every posting you respond to. Say something in your response that tells me you’ve read this description carefully because though it doesn’t require in-depth skills in any single area, it requires some knowledge and experience and skill in a lot of different areas.

Please respond if:

1. You have experience Photoshop or Affinity Photo, InDesign or Affinity Publisher, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.

2. Have 3 hours a day.

3. Have a rating of at least 4.9 on this website. If you have no prior experience on this website, be able to provide at least two references.

4. Are willing to talk on Zoo m or Sk ype, prior to hiring, and have a functioning microphone. And can speak and understand English clearly.

5. You can work at least 1 hour a day between 9 and 5 east coast US hours. The work can be mostly done outside those hours, but you need to be available to discuss problems, etc. during at least 2 hours a day.
