Designing a building for Decentraland

i need a 3d model of a bank office designed for decentraland.

It should be something like Samsung’s showroom in Decentraland. Not as big as that but well designed one.

I’m open to listen design ideas and I need designer’s feedback on how big parcel should I buy on Decentraland.
