Looking for a Vue expert(PSD to Vue application)

I have a PSD design.
Need to convert it to Vue application. The code should be clean and responsive. If you’re not a Vue expert, don’t bid here. Please check the attacked file. There are 7 pages so if you do well the first page, you’ll get more works.
Please let me know how the first page will take. The milestone will be approved after I check the code.
