Hi I need an AE face tools designer

Hi, I have a 4 sec video that I want to reface with another picture. Ideally I would like head and hair be replaced (maybe hair can simply be darkened and plausibly augmented or slightly decreased).

I attach the reference video and the target face (the reference video might not be exactly what attached here but will be very similar, different clothing and possibly better lighting and maybe shorter haircut).

Notice that the target place has green eyes !
I expect the end result to be of very good quality, and not possible to recognise by the average person that refacing processing is performed.

I can try and follow any instructions from you for creating the reference video that will be easier to modify.
