YouTube Video Editor & Channel Manager – Ongoing and long term

I am looking for a talented video editor to run my YouTube channel. This includes editing videos, coming up with concepts for future videos, coming up with a script for voice-over, uploading the video on the personal channel or tech startup channel.

We can begin with one video per week and then move to 2-3 videos per week. Per video would be less than 15 minutes and should take 4-10 hours to edit and process. The videos are shot on GoPro and Drone.

The way we make this work would be that we would start with the bidding for the first video and then if we like working with each other we can figure out an ongoing engagement.
