Production Planning and Report

I want a simple access or a html(php) database application that i can simply do the following
1. Create production Order
2. Track the order (itemwise) under each stage
3. Stages involved, Slitting, Welding, Polishing and packaging
4. Wastage at each stage calculated

The inventory to be in 2 units Primary unit as Pcs and alternate unit as Kgs

Transaction includes
Creating order
Processing the Pacticular Order ( induvudual item under the order, be recorded..
example
Item x for 100 pcs (raised under order creating dashboard)
date xyz, 20 pcs slited (20 automatically becomes the input of next process welding)
date xyz 10 pcs welded (bal 10 and 10 pcs becomes input for next process polishing)
date xyz 9 pcs Polished ( bal 1 and 9 pcs becomes input for next process packaging)
date xry 8 pcs Packed (bal 1 and 7 are added to finishe production items.

And Finished production Items being transferd to Stores (warehouse) and inventory at production reduces
