Looking for letting agents to work with

We are looking for letting agents to work with in Manchester. This proposition will be mutually beneficial for the agent as well as us. We offer a referral fee between £500-£1000 for each property we take on (the more the merrier). The letting agent still manages the property for the vendor and will only deal with one tenant on a long term basis (which will be us).

Here are the type of properties we are in the market for:
Apartments and houses in key locations around Manchester that we can lease for between 2-5 years with a rent guarantee. We will fully refurbish the property and use them as short term accommodations. We pay the first £200 for any damage to the property and guarantee maintenance of the property upto standards (letting agent won’t have to worry).

Our team in Manchester specialise in short term accommodations mainly for our corporate clients that we work with around Manchester. We are now looking to also break in to the holiday market and provide luxury accommodations to carefully selected guests.
