Color grading/matching using Premiere Pro

Please take a look at the 3 minute video at the following link (https://youtu.be/pkwtpL-VZUQ). Note the very last clip at the end. That is the ‘reference’ clip. I need the color of the rest of the video to match the color of this reference clip. Once we agree on the fee and the terms, I will supply a package of the Premiere Pro project with all the assets used. I will need the color matching done on an adjustment layer. I will require a PP project file in return. Please let me know if you are confident about doing this work as described along with your fee requirement.
