Music, mixing and mastering for my party song

I have my hindi party song..written and tune is composed..and sunged..
You need to make party music around that song….and also do mixing and mastering..i will provide only audio clip of my voice..
I can pay maximum 2.5 k INR for all of this activity..also in case 1st cut i do not liked and wants some changes..u need to that in same budget without extra charges…..
