Integration of Unreal Engine and Live Video Streaming

I have already published this project before, but now I will specify it with more details.
The person must integrate the stadium environment and the real live video streaming, the animation file will be sent together with the input live video streaming. (I suppouse the semantic segmentation is the solution).
The use case is that the user sees the soccer game on their Oculus or HTC Vive or any other glasses, with the virtual public and the real field, as seen in the image.
