looking for an animator for a skeleton cartoon

Looking for someone to create a less than 5 second short animation with a skeleton dressed as a detective and add in our logo. It’s a fake detective agency used for teaching. Something cheesy, fun and appeals to all ages is the design brief I guess. We want to use it as a start to each video, and as on our virtual learning environment
