Build me a WordPress website for my eCommerce startup

A dynamic and responsive multi-vendor eCommerce website needed. We will serve as aggregator between buyers and sellers like JUSTDIAL. No payment gateway needed. Our vendors will be besically local furniture manufacturers. When customers will enter into our website, each one of them will experience different product page based on his location.
