Ad Platform

Hello In short I want to discuss the creation of a C2C platform,
a Private access platform with 2 categories of users : seller and buyer.
– seller post the ad
– buyer agree on the ad
– payment will not be on the platform but just the agreement

I already HAVE a Designer that will provide the necessary.
