Social Media Expert for Tourism Brand

We are a small social media agency specialising in travel & tourism and we are seeking an exceptionally good social media content manager to deliver regular social media content for a prestigious UK tourism attraction.

This is a 9-month contract starting from April 2022 until end of Dec 2022.
This is maternity cover for our existing freelancer for this project.

We have a robust and comprehensive social media strategy to follow and several months of existing content to guide you.

You will be expected to deliver the following each month:

20 engaging posts on 3 channels – Facebook, Instagram & Twitter (approx 5+ per week per channel).
Much of the content to be sourced from UGC (there is lots to choose from) and seek permission
3 posts a week on TikTok
1 x Instagram + Facebook Stories per week.
Lead on the imagining of graphic content and manage designer to create 5+ hours of custom design per month to create a selection of bespoke designed videos, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories and/or TikTok videos
Content Planning and sign-off for upcoming month (Including research, copywriting, image sourcing, image approvals/permissions and creation of any designed visuals. To be provided in an editable online document for all parties to review and add feedback.
Content Scheduling – Pre-scheduling all proactive content across Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. (Ad-hoc content to be shared in real time.)
Monitoring of user comments for concerning comments. No proactive CM is required – due the sheer scale of user comments and tags, this is rendered impossible to keep up with.
Monthly reporting, account service & consultation

Quarterly/Strategic Activity
1 x competition landing page for data collection and Page Likes
1+ x timelapse / live video
Live event coverage, PR stunts

In addition, you will be expected to handle all day-to-day queries from our client including regular Zoom calls.
And make yourself available to meet the client in London every quarter and to undertake live social media creation.

There is NO advertising/marketing element to this work.

We will pay a flat fee per month between £1500-£2000 DOE x 9 months.
It is a significant undertaking and we expect our client to be your #1 client for the duration of this contract.

We would like to see lots of strong examples of previous work and references.
