Whatsapp API Integration with ERP System

We hereby mention our requirement for which we look for expert who can integrate smoothly :

We are looking for expert who can help MSME Business in Marketing Automation. Currently we have Desktop based ERP system for our Business operations. Now we wanna have WhatsApp API connected to our ERP system for Client to get their Invoices, E-Way Bill, Service Reports etc on their WhatsApp request through their offer/Invoice Number.

Moreover, we wanna have system of self follow up to the offers company have submitted and get feedback about status of it.
