Develop Subscription box website

This is a rather simple project, a subscription box websites is what I need created. I have a reference site. Site will require a questionnaire to determine what subscription to offer the customer. Site will use square and google pay as a payment processor. I would prefer it be built with wordpress but am open to other platforms.
