Looking for someone that can create 3D characters in the attached style

Hello! I’m looking for someone to create 3D characters based on the attached screenshot. We want 12 characters in the same style but with a more futuristic / cyberpunk vibe.

I have references for the style – but just want to see who can make something like this first.
