Mobile app creation for vegetables business

Need to develop 3 interlinked app for my vegetables sale business.
1. For shopkeeper to select the daily requirement using that app. In this app, Need include ID login, Address update option, location update, payment mode, offers etc..
2. For retailers , Here retailers need to login and make bit for our requirements collected from app 1.
3. For delivery executive, need to pick the vegetables from retailers and need to deliver to shop keepers using GPS and update payment collection.
4. For owner, need to update daily price in app1 & selection retailers app2 & assign delivery executive in app3, modify images in all app and monitor daily expences using app4.
