Build a WordPress WooCommerce Search bar/Filter bar plugin

I am interested in hiring someone to build me a search bar/filter bar compatible for WordPress – WooCommerce. Please refer to the screenshot I updated or refer to the website https://www.info-trek.com/

The search bar plugin should have a dropdown Filter which displays the “Parent Category”, upon hover/click then will display the “Sub-categories” at the right side in orderly manner. Clicking on the “Sub-Categories” will then link to WooCommerce shop page relative to the search result.

In the plugin, please also include options to explicitly exclude or include any categories if needed. The plugin should also offer decent adjustment option on the appearance setting of the search bar, such as colour, size, title heading.

I would prefer this to be developed and compassed in a plugin zip file.
