Web Master Needed to Do A Domain Masking and DNS Redirect.

We are in need of redirecting our website page. We have a website on hosting a and have a domain on hosting b. What we need is when people type the name of hosting b, hosting a’s site will be displaying to the user on the screen. Everything else stay how is currently set up.
