connect to Ethereum RPC from another pc.

Hi,

I am looking to create a private node with a https rpc url to get my Ethereum transactions be processed faster than using the regular nodes which are there already.

I have hired a freelancer and he has made the node but has not been successful for me to connect to the RPC from another server.
