Dynamic Website on WordPress

I need someone that is expert on dynamic WordPress sites. We have a platform that is built and need someone with an eye for UX/UI and expert in wordress (elementor, acf etc)

I have already buildt the site and need someone to make it dynamic so contents can be published easier and more intuitive.
