Artist to Paint a Wedding Photo

I am looking for someone to paint one of our wedding pictures for display in our house. We Have several printed but we want one that is a little different and we thought having one painted would be the way to go. I attached the picture that we would like painted. I would like a painting that is mostly realistic but would welcome a little bit of artistic flair.
