Build a Script for Microsoft Word Templates on iPad

I am trying to make microsoft word templates compatible with the iPad. I want to be able to edit text and include pictures (such as having a blank/grey area set up, and then being able to take a photo on the iPad and it just automatically upload to where the template has it set). We also have a strict file system at our office on how things are saved an organized, I am also looking for a way to get the iPad to automatically upload these new microsoft word documents to Egnyte.

Another alternative I have considered is setting up the template in pages, and then having a behind the scenes script which would take the pages document, convert it to Microsoft word, and then upload it to the Egnyte drive on the iPad. I think this would be a resonable solution, but not a preffered one.

Overall, we are looking to increase the fucntionality of any type of template to fit our needs that can then be converted to a Microsoft word document without loosing formatting and then uploaded to our company drive. I have attached a photo of an example template that we would use, but there are many more like this one that would require the same conversion.
