The proposed Design services for the Shop with an area of 135 sqm are as follows:

1. Graphic Design package comprising:

a. Logo design
b. Salon signage design
c. Letter head design
d. Business Card design
2. Interior Design Concept
a. Interior concept design
b. Material & finishes mood board
c. Furniture selection
d. Provide design intent for purposes of coordination with specialists and
other consultants if any.
e. Conceptual approach for MEP design
f. Coordination of MEP disciplines and clash detection
Design Stages and Durations
The design services in the following Stages:
Stage 1: Design Options and Mood boards
Stage 2: Graphic & Concept Design Package
Stage 3: Concept Design Development Package

Deliverables
Stage 1 (1 week): Design Option and Mood board
Required information to be provided by the client:
– As-built CAD drawings of shop floor plan
Deliverables:
1. Concept space plan
2. Mood boards for the design
3. General Dimensioned floor plan and furniture layout
4. 3D Sketches
Stage 2 (3 weeks): Graphic & Concept Design Package
I. Graphic Design Package
Required information to be provided by the client:
– Select 3 designs from the sketched designs to be developed into final design
options
Deliverables:
1. Logo Design Options (3)
2. Selected Logo Design in vector format
3. Letterhead & Business card options (2) for selected logo design
4. Final Graphic package of Logo, letterhead, and business card in vector format
for printing
5. Salon signage design
II. Concept Design Package
Required information to be provided by the client:
– As- Built CAD floor plan of Shop#8
Deliverables:
1. Concept space plan layout with furniture & dimensions
2. 3D Views of the design – 4 views
3. Mood boards
4. Furniture & Finishes board (digital)

Stage 3: Concept Design Development Package
Required information to be provided by the client:
– Sign off on Concept design package
Deliverables:
– Final CAD floor plan with dimensions
– Interior elevations and sections
– Ceiling plan if needed
– 3 to 4 renderings (Lumion)
– Final furniture proposed selection
Stage 4: Coordination review & Clash detection
– Review and coordination of permit drawings & clash detection
– Review of finishes samples
