Redirect my domain .com.br to .com domain and Put Free SLL on my main domain .com with cloudflare

I wish some simple task tô redirect the domain .com.br to my main domain .com.

The domain .com is on Godaddy.

The hosting is on SMARTERASP.NET.

The domain .com.br is o Registro.br.

Alsi I needed tô configurarate this main domain .com to have the SSL certificate (the lock on the browser) for free using the CloudFlare plataforms.
