Add On-Demand Page to Web Site — 2

I have a TV Guide app made in python / bottle. It contains no Database. It has live channels with schedules. I would like to add a new feature to the app. I want to add a page that contains my On-Demand Content.

Like the page to have:

* Search Function
* Images / sliders represent movies, shows or categories.
* Ability to watch whats clicked.
* Mobile Responsive
* back / close / header / footer / etc
