Track a Lost iphone

Last Friday night my phone was stolen. I filled a police report but nothing came out of that. I tried finding the location of my phone using the Find My Phone app but it says that my phone is offline. Looking at my phone network history, it shows that my phone has been used. It is currently been used. I can see the numbers it called and texted and the time but I can’t see where. Is there someone that can help me track the location of my phone using sim card and the IMEI numbers?
