Build a custom mobile phone Chat App

Custom Chat App similar to Twitch chat.

Membership based, there are several membership levels.
Each level should offers some extra stuff to the member ( special avatar / badge , access to special emotes or gifs etc.).

Membership subscription is bought on website so it should be good if there is a posibility of automatic membership upgrade when a successful subscription is made via woocommerce on website.

If possible the app should have different chatrooms ( according to membership ) where members get access when the specific subscription is purchased ( i.e. Basic, Exclusive, VIP .. etc )
