Build me a binary bot website

Heey im looking for a bot developer who can help us do a bot for deriv and binary.com which we shall be selling to our users. we have over 800 users who already want a bot with high winning rate above 90% no matter the strategy. and make a decent profit of approx 10% per trade.

We want the bot to be sold as a package to our users from our website where they sign up get all training materials and get to buy the bot.
The bot to be subscription based and can only be used for one account
