Need WordPress developer for custom project

I would like to create a subdomain of my WordPress website, and when a post reaches 30 days old – it is automatically moved to the subdomain, with a proper redirect.

These would be two totally separate wordpress installations, with separate databases.

One for fresh content, one for old content.

How would you do it?
