We need a PHP Developer who has already integrated CCBill with PHP.

We need help integrating CCBill into our own CMS.
We already have a CCBill account.
CCBill documentation and support is very poor, so we need advice on how to set all the parameters (FlexForm, URL’s etc.) for the CCBill account and how to create a payment and how to work with the result.
German communication is an advantage.
