Li-Fi project (Visible Light Communication)

we want to establish bidirectional visible light communication system using python code and two raspberry pi 3..
Requirements:
– the code must be using python.
– the code must send and receive data (pic, video, text..) from RPi 1 to RPi 2 and the opposite way (bidirectional).
– comments required in the code to make it understandable.
