Video montage

Looking for someone to assemble a montage of a series of photos set to music. One track of music … 30-40 photos with transitions, saved as a common video file that can be easily shared.
I will specify the order of the photos, and imagine there may be a round or two of edits to make the whole thing sit well together (eg. Transition to photo 6 two seconds earlier at time stamp 1:22 that picture for 6 seconds to 1:28, etc).
