Auto Cad plan – convert jpeg to Autocad file or pdf

Convert the image to Autocad file. I have attached Ground floor of the plan I need autocad file or Pdf. And I need First floor plan also but I will share the first floor plan idea once I get the Ground floor Pdf..

** I need this in few hours… Mostly within 2 hours from the time of assign the work..
