convert images in high resolution and few changes to existing html page

I have an existing website for which :-
1) For existing images that I have , I want to convert them in high resolution
2) My developer designed the html/PHP homepage that I bought from Themeforest but few changes are still needed to HTML to make it look more like themeforest template. Hence small changes needed to HTML.
