Refrigeration App

I am looking to build an app for refrigeration technicians. It would need to work on tablets, iPhones, and android phones.
There will be 31 parameters/variables in use:
5 user entered text fields for reports, etc.
3 text variables user selected from choices
14 numeric values entered by user
5 numeric variables calculated from user entered 14 above via simple math
4 high/ok/low designations for 4 of above parameters
There will be 34 pages:
25 display only
4 data entry
5 display and optionally print
I have created a flowchart for the entire app as envisioned.
I have created rough design for each proposed page
I have defined the interpretation and calculations to drive the logic.
I can supply all of the above as PDF or other as possible.
I will need to retain all IP rights and upon completion all relevant code in editable format.
I am not interested in BOT replies.
