You have to build, customer app, vendor app and admin app . Here in this business customers pick the food from the restaurant /grocery owner.

Only 3 apps

Vendor app -Restaurant /grocery owner add the food
Customer app – Customers purchase the food online. Customers pick the food from  the restaurant/grocery location
Admin app -Admin panel is  required to control the backend

delivery app is not required –

Payment gateway(Stripe and Razorpay)
The app is operated in India and Canada
