tutorial video

I would like to create a corporate motion tutorial video for my company product service. I have enclosed below on some of the information needed.
Requirement:
i) Professionally sound female voice over
ii) Duration should not exceed 1 minute
iii) Preferably with subtitle
iv) Video in English and Chinese

i) Website providing this service (Payment Service Related)
ii) Sample screenshot and voice script on the process flow ( browse truepay.tech -> go to bottom right “How to transfer with Touch N Go) ps. The new developed video should be an enhancement to the existing video
