3D Sculpting Required in Engineering Tool Format (IGES, STEP)

I require a Designer who can Make 3D sculptures in the following Tool: Autodesk’s Fusion 360, AutoCAD, CATIA, Solid Edge, SOLIDWORKSCanvas X, TurboCAD Pro, Etc to generate IGES, STEP File format.
Design that needs to be made is already there in OBJ format, the Designer just has to copy the same model, and sculpt.
As there is no more Discussion required, work can be done within 2-3 days.
