[Indonesia] Recruit 2 Baby and Mom Products (Distributor) related Marketing Position Respondents for an Interview

Note: not a manufacturing company. Must be a distributor company or retail company
Purpose: Market Research for Our Report
Budget: Around 150 USD

Task description:
1. An Indonesian recruiter and prefer someone with some industry connection. If you are one of them working in this industry and you have related experience, we can also interview you.
2. Invite and coordinate online 1-on-1 online interviews (Indonesian only)
3. Recruit someone who is currently working in the industry with marketing, importing, and distributing experience.
4. Language in the online meeting: Bahasa Indonesia/English(We have interpreters for participants)
5. Collect the information about the participants – CV/LinkedIn, propose why this person is suitable, business card, incentive payment information, ID card. We will provide an additional 50 USD for each respondent.

Respondent Qualifation:
1. Currently working in the company or owning the company. The company must be distributing multiple foreign brands.
2. He or she does not need to represent the company. Just share his experience and knowledge.
3. At least 8 years of working experience or reasonable experience.
4. Job title: Senior position, Asst. manager or above.
5. Job function: Sales, marketing, business development, procurement, international cooperation, or a business owner.
6. Work in related industry
7. Question to be able to answer:
a. The current market demands, popular products and main players in the market, and future market growth.
b. Basic knowledge about Halal certification, SNI, ISO etc.
c. In general how Indonesian company/your own company will collaborate with foreign companies
d. Experience in distributing or importing products (experience in hiring agent can also be accepted)
e. A personal opinion on Taiwanese products and popular products in the market.
