Build Website

Need website that can sell products to both consumers and wholesale pricing. Need wholesale customers to be able to create an account which shows pricing and previous orders. We have the domain name already and currently have a page thru godaddy, if it can be used that would be even better, but willing to change if needed. will need to be able to receive orders online and system will autimatically submit PO to our distributor.
