Insurance Management System

We are looking for a multi tennancy system that will be able to do insurance quotes, manage brokers , agents , clients and policies with automatic payment portal for premiums and must work in a way that we have a super master user who will be able to add brokers , then the brokers can manage there agents and the agents can manage their clients with the respective policy information that will also allow communition with whats app , sms and email messages and be able to upload documents and manage tasks like a CRM system using laraval and mysql with full security protocols in place
